TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE:-

These terms and conditions apply to the use of any software or services provided by Oprezo India Software Company Powered by Oprezo India Private Limited. By using any software or services provided by the Company, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms.

LICENSE GRANT

The Company grants the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software and services provided by the Company for the User's personal or business use, subject to these Terms.

RESTRICTIONS

The User shall not, and shall not allow any third party to, copy, modify, create derivative works of, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, transfer, assign, or otherwise exploit the software or services provided by the Company except as expressly permitted by these Terms.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

The Company retains all right, title, and interest in and to the software and services provided by the Company, including all intellectual property rights. The User shall not remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, patent, or other proprietary notices from the software or services provided by the Company.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

The software and services provided by the Company are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. The Company does not warrant that the software or services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the software or services provided by the Company, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

INDEMNIFICATION

The User shall indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in connection with the User's use of the software.

NOTE:- ALL SOFTWARE PROJECTS WHICH MADE ON DEMANDS MUST BE CHATS OR CIRCULATED THROUGH WRITTEN MAIL THROUGH EMAIL (info@oprezoindia.com) ARE ONLY CONSIDERED AS RESPONSIBLE AND VALUABLE.
